Welcome to our third installment in our Transformation Tuesday series! This week, as we are brainstorming for the upcoming TEDxCharlottesville event on November 14th, we are looking back at last year's event at the Paramount Theater! Watch as the Paramount stage gets transformed into a vibrant set for our speakers! Using light, sound, and projection mapping, we aimed to enhance the energy of speakers and audience members alike. We thoroughly enjoyed watching this incredible event come to life, and are proud to be involved again this year!

August Update: Custom Fixtures and Decor

In our office, we always try to keep new, fresh ideas flowing! We enjoy playing with new design concepts that we haven't seen around yet. So we often find ourselves building custom fixtures and decor for our clients!

One recent example might be the pieces that we built for the NAMIC 2014 Management Conference at the Williamsburg Lodge this past June! One of our client's requests was to have large rear projection screens surrounded by gold frames that reflect the history and style of the Williamsburg area. Well, as you can imagine, finding frames this size might be rather difficult. So we built some!

We also enjoy building custom lighting fixtures! These fixtures were built for Glass Haus Kitchen by our principal designer. He wanted something that would make an impact while enhancing the unique contemporary feel of the space. We think he succeeded!

Transformation Tuesday: Barn Lounge

Welcome to our second installment in our Transformation Tuesday series! This week we are taking a look at a very special wedding that took place at Woodhaven Farm in Scottsville, VA. In addition to setting up tented spaces for dinner and dancing, we were tasked with overhauling a barn to create luxurious lounges for the couple's guests!

Using some candles, colored lighting, sheer fabric, and some furniture, we transformed the barn's interior into this vibrant lounge area! This beautiful wedding was a welcome challenge, and we were so happy with the end results! (Photos by Jen Fariello)
