PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR & DESIGNER
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated employee to support our rental and staging division. There will also be opportunities to assist with in-house graphic design & event graphics production within this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings
- Develop presentation materials & conceptual drawings for project managers & clients
- Assist with design & execution of conferences and events
- Assist in sourcing creative materials
- Assist with creation of technical drawings for event setups
- Update & maintain archive of event photos
- Work with principals on a variety of event & admin-related tasks
Required Skills:
- A solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to prioritize & stay on task with minimal direction
- Ability to operate both Mac & PC platforms
- Willingness to learn new systems and software
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in event design, styling, and/or management
- Experience using Sketchup or similar modeling software
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite software, esp. Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience in graphic design
