PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR & DESIGNER

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated employee to support our rental and staging division. There will also be opportunities to assist with in-house graphic design & event graphics production within this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend client meetings
  • Develop presentation materials & conceptual drawings for project managers & clients
  • Assist with design & execution of conferences and events
  • Assist in sourcing creative materials
  • Assist with creation of technical drawings for event setups
  • Update & maintain archive of event photos
  • Work with principals on a variety of event & admin-related tasks

Required Skills:

  • A solution-oriented attitude
  • Ability to prioritize & stay on task with minimal direction
  • Ability to operate both Mac & PC platforms
  • Willingness to learn new systems and software

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in event design, styling, and/or management
  • Experience using Sketchup or similar modeling software
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite software, esp. Photoshop and InDesign
  • Experience in graphic design
